United StatesThese headphones are great: they are very lightweight and not oversized. Even though they are volume-limited, they still have great sound and perfect surround sound—when I’m in a game, I can hear every detail that I couldn’t hear with my previous headphones.
United StatesComfortable with good sound, don't weigh too much. I bought one for me and one for each of the kids. The volume-limiting feature makes me feel better that I'm not letting the kids deafen themselves. I grew up with a guy who wore headphones a lot when we were in our twenties, and he can't watch TV without subtitles anymore.
Overall my 10 yo son loves his purogamer and I love the fact that it is volume limited. However the quality of the sets aren’t very good compared to your other headphones: 1. 1st one broke within a year you sent another one (for free!) 2. Free one - my son could no longer hear anything out of the right headphone 3. I ordered a new one (paid for it) and we received the 2.0. It is similar to the prior one except it doesn’t allow you to hear game audio and computer audio at the same time as there aren’t two cords. My son that’s ok.

United StatesI love functionality of the headphones, but the fit is terrible. I'm an adult trying to use these since I have severe tinnitus and don't want to make it worse, but it seems like the size is meant for children. Please make a version of these that are more adjustable for larger heads and I will buy them instantly! The current design only allows the ear pieces to move very slightly and only top to bottom, not left to right. So the top of the ear pieces connect with my head but the bottom sort of stick out. I can't recommend these to adults at this time, but for kids they are probably great.
Thank you for your feedback! We are always looking for ways to improve so we will be sure to look into this. We also have our PuroPro headphones which is our adult headphones that are a bit bigger and are both Bluetooth and wired capable but they are not meant for Gaming like our PuroGamer is.
