Ear doctor says hearing loss from earbuds is the next public health crisis
Millennials are people born between the early 1980s and early 2000s. Ear doctors say a better name for them is "generation deaf."
 
According to the World Health Organization, 1.1 billion young people are at risk of hearing loss because of earbuds. 
 
Brian Kaplan is an ear nose throat expert with GBMC, he says it's the next public health crisis. He joined ABC2's In Focus to discuss the risks.
