First Time Setup

For Bluetooth connection:
1. Start by charging your headphones using the supplied charging cable.
2. Once charged, power on the headphones and the LED should starting rapidly blinking idicating they are in pairing mode.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired audio device.
4. The Headphones name should pop up under the Bluetooth menu as a newly discovered device.
5. Select the headphones name to pair them together and enjoy!
For Wired Connection:
1. Make sure the headphones are powered off when using them wired connection.
2. Plus the Red "L" shaped end into the desired listening device and the black straight end into the headphones 3.5mm port and enjoy!
*Note: Audio cable has labels indcating correct plug in direction to ensure the volume limiting feature is active. Plugging in the wrong way can override the volume limiting feature.

Quality & Troubleshooting
Steps that might help resolve any issues you may be experiencing or help to narrow down what might be causing it.
1. Perform a reset on the headphones by powering them on and hold down the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds.
2. Remove the headphones name from all previously used devices.
3. Restart desired audio device and try to repair again.
1. Ensure the volume is turned up on both headphone and paired device.
2. Reset headphones by powering on and hold down the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds and repair again.
3. Test the headphones wired connection to see if you can hear audio that way.
1. Make sure headphones are powered off when using wired.
2. Try headphones over Bluetooth to see if you get any audio that way or hear the voice prompts when powered on.
-This will help determine if cable is at fault.
3. Test another 3.5mm audio cable if you have one available.
Does this issue occur over Bluetooth or Wired connection?
1. If Wired, try testing the headphones over Bluetooth to see if you get the same issue.
2. If Bluetooth, try performing a reset by powering on the headphones and hold down the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds and test them again on a few devices.
For Wired connection:
1. Ensure the audio cable is securely plugged into the headset and audio device.
2. Unplug and replug the cable into the headphones and device.
3. Try another 3.5mm audio cable if you have one available.
4. Try headphones over Bluetooth to see if you get the same issue.
For Bluetooth connection:
1. Reset the headphones by powering them on and hold the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds and repair to the device.
2. Test headphones on another device.
3. Test using the 3.5mm audio cable to see if you get the same issue.
