      Customer Service is Amazing

      I ordered the BT2200s through Amazon, but was unable to get the earcups. I contacted Puro and they came up with fast and reasonably priced way to get the earcups shipped to Switzerland. I really appreciate the help and the earcups are perfect for my child. My child has been using the BT2200s for about a month now, and the over ear earcups for a few days. I have no issues with either product.
